Even though they messed up and remitted another payment. They lie about their service and do nothing to help. You cannot have anyone who works their held accountable for the terrible job they are doing. I was told a supervisor would contact me tomorrow because the case has been escalated.

Training was paid at my regular rate which was nice, but training only lasts about hours and is a little vague. You really need to do the job to learn how to be efficient at it, you’ll be a little overwhelmed your first week on, but it’s a great job for quick learners who don’t need their hand held by management.
